This is an experimental work in which I try to deconstruct the space, no longer attached to the white gallery space, but in a workspace and explore the possibilities within the everyday space with light, colour and materials. I used ceiling lamps, which are commonly found in offices, as materials and displayed them in the room of Millbank's office. The lattice of aluminium lamps that should be at the top of the room were dramatically and orderly placed on the floor, and the lamps that should be emitting light were dimly lit by other coloured light sources, which due to the reflective nature of the aluminium alloys broke down into a variety of colours and projected onto the walls of the room. In the corner of the room there was a "no signal" projector that was projecting a small patch of blue on a metal grid.
