"Visual Weightlessness" draws on traditional Indian miniature painting to create a painting style with the artist's own personal touch. The artist has recorded the sound of a weak television set and transformed it into a musical score by encoding the sound, replacing the Urdu poetic text that is supposed to recount current events with a new 'period piece'. The juxtaposition of a television test chart and an illustration of an eye patient raises concerns about information and media overload in the zetabyte age.
